Fells politicians submit letter to DCR suggesting DCR do nothing at the Fells but enforcement.

We've obtained a copy of a letter sent to DCR by the politicians surrounding the Fells. Mike Ryan of Friends of the Fells mentioned this letter at the Stewardship Council Meeting last Friday (12/2).
The letter suggests that DCR do nothing but enforcement at the Fells. This letter concerns us greatly. Read it and see what you think.
If you are a constituent of one of these politicians, call or email them and (appropriately) ask them to consider revising their position.
