DCR is conducting a visitor usage survey as part of the Resource Management Plan for the Lowell/Great Brook Planning Unit, including Lowell Heritage State Park, Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsborough State Forest, Great Brook Farm State Park, Carlisle State Forest, Billerica State Forest, Warren H. Manning State Forest, and Governor Thomas Dudley Park.
