DCR's Announcement of the Fells RMP Approval
DCR Stewardship Council Approves Fells RMP!

In a unanimous vote today, Friday, January 6th, 2012, DCR's Stewardship Council voted to approve the Resource Management Plan for the Middlesex Fells.
This has been a long process. We all deserve credit - all of us - not any one of us - in the hard work over the past twenty-five years it has taken to get to this point.
Thank you all for your support and energy in getting us here!
But don't get any thoughts about the hard work being over - we now have a lot to do to help get the Fells to a better place and help be good stewards of this great resource. Stay tuned for next steps in the near future!
