Hub Bicycle just opened its doors and is a woman-owned repair/accessory shop in East Cambridge.
GB NEMBA and Hub Bicycle Co. are co-sponsoring two bicycle repair clinic for women only. The March 30th clinic will cover the basic of pre-ride maintenance and prep:
- overview of systems
- basic fit
- pre season check/maintenance
- what to carry with you
The April 6th clinic will concentreate on "on-the-ride", trail side fixes of common problems:
- flat fix
- air pressure
- chains
- trailside troubleshooting for brakes, shifting, etc.
- what to carry with you review
